Addressing business transformation, digital transformation and organizational design, this class offers practical advise in effecting the shift from Industrial Age thinking and methods through Information Age access and collaboration into Millennium Age mindsets and practices. There are recommended language changes, leadership model changes, and corporate communication changes embedded in this course.

The course is taken in two pieces with a live exercise within your business environment in between.
